Conditions of Use

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

2.1 These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pk48. By clicking "Register," "Sign In," depositing funds, or placing any bet on the pk48 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, the pk48 Privacy Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules that may apply.

2.2 These Terms supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and pk48, whether oral or written, regarding your use of the Platform.

2.3 If you are using the pk48 Platform on behalf of any business or organisation, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In that case, "you" and "your" in these Terms refer to both you individually and the entity.

2.4 pk48 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Players will be notified of material changes by notification within the Platform or by email to the address registered on their Account. Continued use of the pk48 Platform following such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3.1 To be eligible to register and use the pk48 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural individual acting in your own personal capacity (not on behalf of a third party);
• You hold a valid Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or other acceptable government-issued identity document;
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order — whether self-imposed through pk48's tools or through any other gambling authority — that remains in effect;
• Use of online gaming services for real-money play is not prohibited under any law applicable to your jurisdiction or personal circumstances;
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, agent, or close family member of any pk48 employee engaged in operations, risk management, or trading functions.

3.2 pk48 will conduct age verification during the registration process and before processing any withdrawal. Verification may require submission of a CNIC scan, a recent utility bill or bank statement for address confirmation, and a selfie with identification. pk48 is entitled to suspend account access pending completion of this verification.

3.3 Where pk48 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player is under the age of 21, pk48 will immediately suspend the Account, withhold all pending transactions, and conduct a full investigation. If underage use is confirmed, all funds deposited will be returned net of any winnings generated — which shall be forfeited — and the Account will be permanently closed. pk48 may report confirmed instances of underage gambling to relevant authorities.

4.1 Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) pk48 Account. Registration of multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different mobile numbers, or via proxy — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in suspension of all associated Accounts with forfeiture of outstanding balances.

4.2 When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your Account information at all times. Material changes — including your registered mobile number — must be updated by contacting pk48 support with appropriate identity verification.

4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. pk48 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account that arises from your failure to keep login credentials secure.

4.4 You must notify pk48 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. pk48 may temporarily suspend an Account pending investigation of a reported security breach at no liability to pk48.

4.5 pk48 Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any rights therein to any third party.

5.1 All deposits to pk48 Accounts must be made through payment methods officially supported by the Platform. As of the effective date of these Terms, pk48 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, Raast, USDT TRC20, and additional bank transfer options listed in the Cashier section. Supported payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.

5.2 The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction, per day, or per calendar month, as specified in the Cashier section of your Account.

5.3 All deposits must originate from payment sources registered in your own name. pk48 will not accept deposits from payment methods belonging to third parties. Deposits received from third-party sources may be returned and the Account suspended pending investigation.

5.4 Deposits are generally credited to your pk48 Account wallet within seconds of payment confirmation. Processing delays may occasionally occur due to payment provider technical issues. pk48 is not responsible for delays caused by payment intermediaries.

5.5 pk48 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider or mobile network operator may impose their own transaction fees — these are your responsibility and are outside pk48's control.

6.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Players whose Accounts have completed KYC verification. KYC requires submission of government-issued identity documentation (CNIC), proof of address, and, where required by pk48's compliance team, source of funds documentation.

6.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

6.3 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically feasible. In cases where the original payment method is unavailable, pk48 will liaise with the Player to agree an alternative verified method.

6.4 pk48 targets withdrawal processing times of 5 to 15 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals following KYC clearance. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution. These are target timeframes and not contractual guarantees.

6.5 pk48 reserves the right to request additional identity or source-of-funds documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for withdrawals that exceed specified thresholds as determined by pk48's AML (Anti-Money Laundering) policy.

6.6 Pending bonus wagering requirements, where applicable, must be fully satisfied before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings may be requested. Attempting to withdraw funds while applicable wagering requirements remain incomplete may result in cancellation of the withdrawal request and forfeiture of associated bonus funds.

7.1 pk48 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, reload bonuses, VIP benefits, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7.2 Unless otherwise specified in the applicable offer terms, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement. The specific multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the bonus terms at the time of the offer. Wagering requirements must be completed within any stated validity period.

7.3 Bonuses are credited to the bonus wallet and are separate from real-money funds. Bonus funds become withdrawable only once all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied and any other offer conditions have been met.

7.4 pk48 reserves the right to withhold or cancel any bonus where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the bonus was obtained through fraudulent activity, exploitation of a technical error, multi-accounting, or any conduct inconsistent with the spirit of the offer.

7.5 Bonuses are issued for personal recreational use only. Systematic exploitation of bonus structures — including, without limitation, low-risk hedging strategies designed to convert bonus funds to cash with minimal game risk — is prohibited and may result in Account suspension.

7.6 pk48 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not materially reduce rights in respect of bonuses already credited to a Player's Account.

8.1 All bets placed on the pk48 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, game, or product. These rules are published within each game or betting section and form part of these Terms.

8.2 Bets placed on the pk48 sportsbook are accepted and settled based on official results as reported by recognised sports data providers. In the event of a dispute regarding a result, the official result declared by the relevant governing body of the sport will be final.

8.3 Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of data feeds. pk48 does not guarantee the continuous availability of in-play betting markets. Bets will not be accepted after the relevant event has concluded, and any bets accepted in error after an event's conclusion may be voided.

8.4 Casino and live dealer game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or by physical dealing processes in the case of live dealer games provided by licensed third-party studios. pk48 does not alter game outcomes. Published RTP (Return to Player) rates for individual slot games are as provided by the respective game developer and are approximate figures over the lifetime of a game.

8.5 pk48 reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a manifest pricing error, technical malfunction, or data feed failure. Where bets are voided due to such circumstances, stakes will be returned to the Player's Account wallet in full.

9.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk48 Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms, which may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of outstanding balances, and — where appropriate — referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or scripts to place bets, play games, or otherwise interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in collusion with other Players or with any third party to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors in the Platform, game software, or odds feeds;
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, structuring of financial transactions, or any other financial crime through the pk48 Platform;
• Registering multiple Accounts or using another person's Account;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any other identity verification process;
• Attempting to defraud pk48 or other Players through any means, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, bonus abuse, or payment fraud;
• Using the Platform for any purpose unrelated to legitimate personal recreational gaming;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pk48 staff, support agents, or other Players through any communication channel.

10.1 All content on the pk48 Platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, graphics, game interfaces, website design, text, and software — is the intellectual property of pk48 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pk48 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not confer any ownership rights in any Platform content.

10.3 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the pk48 Platform without the express prior written consent of pk48.

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk48 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of gaming opportunity — arising from or related to your use of the pk48 Platform.

11.2 pk48's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits credited to your Account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.3 pk48 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of odds data, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose beyond legitimate personal recreational gaming.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit pk48's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12.1 pk48 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time for any of the following reasons, without prior notice in urgent cases:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the period specified by pk48;
• Confirmed underage status of the Account holder;
• Request by the Player for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming tools;
• Regulatory direction or instruction from a licensing or law enforcement authority.

12.2 Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, pk48 will complete any ongoing review within a reasonable timeframe. Where the Account is cleared following investigation, full access will be restored without penalty to the Player.

12.3 Players may request voluntary closure of their pk48 Account at any time by contacting support. Upon Account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable bonus forfeiture) will be refunded to the Player via the last used payment method after KYC verification is complete.

13.1 pk48 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player community. Gaming should be a form of entertainment — not a source of income, a means of addressing financial difficulties, or a response to emotional stress.

13.2 pk48 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from within your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications at configurable intervals during active gaming sessions.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict access to your Account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the pk48 Platform for a minimum period of 6 months or indefinitely. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for its specified duration and no exceptions will be made.
• Reality Check: Pop-up reminders displaying time spent on the Platform during each session.

13.3 Players who activate self-exclusion will have their Account access removed for the full duration of the exclusion period. pk48 will make reasonable efforts to prevent marketing communications from being sent to self-excluded Players. 13.4 pk48 operates strictly as a 21+ platform. Proof of age is required and verified before any withdrawal is processed.

14.1 pk48 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published separately and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy.

14.2 pk48 collects personal data including your name, CNIC number, date of birth, registered mobile number, email address, payment details, IP address, device identifiers, and gaming activity records. This data is used for account management, KYC compliance, payment processing, security monitoring, and responsible gaming purposes.

14.3 pk48 does not sell your personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes. Data may be shared with licensed third-party game providers, payment processors, fraud prevention services, and regulatory authorities where required by law or by pk48's licensing obligations.

14.4 You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting pk48 support, subject to applicable legal retention requirements and our KYC and AML obligations.

15.1 pk48 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, pk48 will provide reasonable advance notice to Players via in-Platform notification or email to the address registered on their Account.

15.2 Non-material amendments — including clarifications, formatting changes, or corrections of typographical errors — may be made without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date shown on this page will be updated to reflect all changes.

15.3 Continued use of the pk48 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.

16.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of pk48's international gaming license authority.

16.2 In the event of a dispute between you and pk48 regarding the operation of any game, the settlement of any bet, or any other matter relating to your Account or these Terms, you must first contact pk48 support to attempt resolution informally. pk48 support is available 24/7 and will acknowledge disputes within 24 hours of receipt.

16.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 14 days of initial contact, either party may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution body designated by pk48's licensing authority. The determination of that body shall be final and binding upon both parties.

16.4 Nothing in this Section limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
